Roll Your Own Sushi for 10-15

The Sushi showcase will have your customers be able to roll their own sushi. Rolling up half a sushi sheet with optional fillings of crab, cream cheese, cucumber, carrots, micro greens and purple cabbage. Topped with sesame seeds, shoyu, wasabi and sushi ginger. This showcase can feed up to 10-15 customers.
